Scarce Chaser office tick

This Scarce Chaser was a nice office tick at our pond in western Peterborough, this afternoon. An immature male, I think.

Yes Immature male Mike, it has a dull brown head.
If it was a female it would likely also have a dark patch at the end of the wings.
