Insects at Barnack Hills and Holes

My generous friend Brian "The Natural" Stone took me out to Barnack Hills and Holes NNR this sunny lunchtime. Boy, was it heaving with Marbled Whites and particularly Six-spot Burnets. The highlight for me, though was Chalkhill Blue. Here are some snaps from the trip.

Hi Mike, your blog is excellent. As I was surfing around today looking for detailed info on growing bonsai I somehow ended up on your page. As your described site, Insects at Barnack Hills and Holes is not exactly related to my search, I am certainly glad I stopped by. Oh well, back to surfing and I am sure I will find what I am looking for, and should you ever need information about growing bonsai, then stop by for a look. Thanks for the post.
